Features from our May 15 release

We’re happy to announce two new features to Time Tracker which we hope will alleviate some of the confusion now that time trackers can submit timesheets more than once a week (for details on submitting time more than once a week, see the release notes on our forum). The features are:

  • When individual time trackers click on View My Timesheets, they will now see a breakdown of Saved, Submitted, Downloaded, and Total Hours for each timesheet. This gives a quick heads-up display of what the different statuses are for the hours on each timesheet.
  • You also may have noticed the different colors for time entries popping up on your individual timesheets – submitted/downloaded hours are black, saved hours are green, and newly entered numbers are blue. Now, when you hover over a black number, you’ll see text telling you if it is only submitted or it has already been downloaded by your admin.
